Q: What is included in the project?

A: You will receive a preliminary drawing package (main floor, 2nd story floor if applicable, and front elevation) in pdf format. After review and approval you will receive your working drawing package (main floor, 2nd story floor if applicable, 4 exterior elevations, foundation, roof plan, and wall section in pdf format.

Q: Can the working drawings be used to build?

A: Yes, the working drawing package can be used by a qualified builder for construction in most areas (some localities may requires drawings to be approved by an architect).

Q: What do I need to provide for my project?

A: The more information you can provide the more efficient we can be. Plans, sketches, pictures, descriptions of preferred materials and styles are all useful.
